You don’t come to Corsica to eat duck breasts or sushis !
When in Corsica, discover Corsican Cuisine, its flavours and rich products, and the skills of local producers.
In our restaurant, you will find no set menu but seasonal dishes from the board, made with products from
the local market and herbs from our own picking , if we are not too tired ! So no tomatoes in april, no
scallops or Aveyron veal)
Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 11 a.m. in our restaurant. You can choose between two formulas :
– Sweet version : pastries, homemade jam, local honey, homemade cake or pie, hot drink, fresh fruit
juice…
– Savory version : egg, cold meats, cheese, bread, hot drink, fresh fruit juice…

If you feel like exploring Corsica or sunbathing on the beach to make people jealous of your tan or your
selfies at the top of Monte Cinto, we suggest you try our perfectly instagrammable picnic baskets ! You can
choose between two formulas :
– The Athlete basket : A Generous meat, fish, vegetarian or cheese sandwich + 1 energy snack
( chocolate butter brownie topped with chocolate or not feeling guilty with fiadone, strawberry pie,
fruit salad) + 1 drink
– The Gourmet basket : 1 starter (tart, tartare, salad…) + 1 dish (roasted meat, brandade, fresh sheep
cheese galettes and dip sauce…) + 1 dessert ( fiadone, cake, sweet verrine…) + 1 drink
Because we are respectful of our planet and environment, we use recycled cardboard or paper boxes and glass bottles for packaging.
As mentioned above, there is no set menu here but dishes from a board we change every day, to satisfy
everyone’s likes and dislikes.
We offer a choice of gourmet dishes based on our Corsican terroir, but we can also suggest vegetarian
dishes or lighter options that are just as varied.
With us, Terroir doesn’t rhyme with Picard ! At most, it rhymes with Ricard ! ( Well, it is Casanis really, but
that doesn’t rhyme !
In our philosophy, we try to call on local producers as much as possible. Don’t worry, you’ll still have some
Coca-Cola ! (Henri needs it for his whisky !) but we’ll offer you a wide range of « Face en Corsega » wines
and drinks.

Waking up on a Sunday morning , with a dry mouth after a restless night, who hasn’t dreamt of
teleporting himself onto a shaded terrace where a river flow, (perhaps not in August) sitting down to enjoy
a delicious, colourful and gourmet brunch, with a jug of nice cocktail ?( alcohol-free on request but it is just
not as fun) This combine with the right music, you’ll be ready to rock in no time.
We won’t forget late-sleepers, brunch will be served until 5 p.m.
Well, the formula for teleportation hasn’t been found yet but we trust scientists would go back to their
research as soon as the Covid crisis is finished !)
You are fed up with paying full price for 4 petits fours and 2 cups of cheap sparkling wine ?
We offer a service anyone can afford because celebrating an event (wedding, birthday, divorce…) doesn’t
mean you should take out a loan .
However, there is no fuss here , but buffet, BBQ, large tables and open bar. There will be no swarm of
waiters in suits and ties, with the head waiter nodding to lay the plates in unison. There will be shirt and
flip-flops. ( we’re kidding, we must conform to hygienic rules)
